There has been a lot of devastation unfolding while the world watches, barely acting. When there is such sadness and turmoil, everything else blurs out of focus for me.

In these pieces, the sadness and turmoil affirm their place, as the rest of the painting blurs to a dream. The dream of what could have been.

Tapestry of a Life is a collection of paintings inspired by how I made sense of the feelings caused by events that affected me over the past few months.

The work has been finished with a satin varnish, protecting the artwork from dust and UV light. The artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity and is also signed on the back of the canvas. Colours and textures may vary slightly depending on the device on which the images are viewed.
